Returns & Refunds
We are sorry to learn that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Please contact our Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- The Product for Refund will be thoroughly inspected by HIWARE when received and a decision will be made whether the Inspection Criteria are met. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is processed, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. If your Product for Refund fails to satisfy the Inspection Criteria (the “Non-conforming Product for Refund” ) and has been shipped to HIWARE , your Non-conforming Product for Refund will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% at HIWARE sole discretion. The inspection may take up to 7 business days from the time your Product for Refund is received. If the Non-conforming Product for Refund is rejected by HIWARE , you will be billed with the cost and fees of shipping the Non-conforming Product for Refund from HIWARE back to you.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately flash sale / charity sale items cannot be refunded.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-HIWARE products.
NOTES🚩: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
NOTES🚩: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty Policy
We provide 1 years’ limited warranty for new Products (accessories, batteries, free gifts, giveaways are not included) purchased from HIWAREofficial website. For purchases made through HIWARE authorized resellers or distributors, please contact them directly for after-sales service.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser. HIWARE may, in its sole discretion, make any repair or replacement with new or refurbished products or components. If the product or component requiring repair or replacement is no longer available, HIWARE may, in its sole discretion, replace such product with a similar product of similar function.
If the product is damaged/misused by customers, or due to negligence or casualty (e.g., fire), acts of God (including but not limited to lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane), the warranty will be invalid immediately. No compensation is available in such cases. Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the HIWARE product in question. This warranty does not cover any losses, injuries to persons, loss of property or general damages.
For warranty requests: Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service, the nature of the problem and to provide proof of purchase. You will also be required to return your existing device in accordance with directions that will be provided by HIWARE. And the owner of such device shall bear all shipping costs for the return of such product to owner. Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be submitted to HIWARE before the end of the warranty period described above. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for your warranty request to be processed.
